FAQ
PNG or JPG?
PNG is lossless, so text, tables and charts stay razor-sharp: best for slides, screenshots and editing. JPG files are much smaller for photos and scans.
Why are PNG files large?
Lossless compression keeps every pixel. 150 DPI is usually enough on screen; use 300 DPI for print.
Is the background transparent?
No. Pages are rendered on white, exactly as a PDF reader shows them.
