FAQ
Why do SSC and RRB only have a signature preset?
Since 2025 they capture your photo live (webcam or phone) while you fill in the form, so you no longer upload a photo file. The signature is still uploaded.
The form says my file is too small or too large. What now?
Each preset compresses into the required KB range automatically. If a plain image can't reach the minimum size even at top quality, the file is padded up to it. You can also edit the min/max KB yourself.
Are the sizes up to date?
They follow the 2025–2026 official notices. Rules change, so always check the latest notice before you submit.
